Funeral services for Merrell Travis Carnes, age 70, of Crossville, will be Friday, February 22 at 11 a.m. at Hood Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Crossville City Cemetery. Family will receive friends Thursday, February 21, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Survivors include widow, Sheila Carnes; sons Steve Carnes and Nick Neal; and daughter, Nicole Thorley. Hood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
