Funeral Services for Michael Wayne Bowman, age 64, of Crawford, Tennessee, will be conducted on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM from The Chapel of Goff Funeral Home. Rev. Jeff Monday and Rev. Daryl Strunk will officiate with interment to follow in the F.A. Norrod Cemetery. Michael was born on Monday, July 23, 1962, in Monterey, Tennessee, to the late A G Bowman and Dortha Mae Dimple Pierce Bowman. He passed away on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at his home. He was a retired Plant Manager working with Cumberland Container with 35 years of service and a cattle farmer. He attended Union Grove Baptist Church. He had a great sense of humor and enjoyed “picking” on people and always enjoyed laughing. He is survived by his wife, Tiffany Pierce Bowman of Crawford, TN; son and daughter-in-law, Eric and JoAnna Bowman of Monticello, KY; step grandchildren, Carter Smith and Evan Smith of Monticello, KY; brother and sister-in-law, Gary and Sherri Bowman of Monterey, TN; nephew, Brent and Anastasia Bowman of Monterey, TN; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Maureen Pierce McCowan and Ellis McCowan of Monterey, TN; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Becky and Andrew Jones of Monterey, TN; Kim and Mike Farley of Monterey, TN; nieces, Sarah Kate Farley and Madison Jones of Monterey, TN; beloved cousin, Susan and Ivan Pato of Clermont, FL; and a host of other special family members. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Keith Douglas Bowman. The family will receive friends at Goff Funeral Home on Friday, August 14, 2026, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
