Mike Blair, age 60 of Jamestown, passed away on Friday, September 20, 2024 at the Vanderbilt Medical Center.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 26, 2024 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.

A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
