Milburn Ronald Benson, age 87, of Rockwood, passed away September 28th, 2020 at his home. He was born on January 10, 1933. He was a U.S. Army Veteran. He loved to watch westerns and wrestling. He worked at the Cumberland County Convenience Center for over 20 years. He is preceded in death by his parents: Clarence & Gladys Benson; and wife: June Benson. He is survived by children: Rebecca Moore of Sanger, Texas, Ron Benson of Rockwood, Regina Brock of Midtown, and Randall Benson of Kingsport; 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and several other extended family members and friends. The family will meet at the Oak Grove Cemetery in Rockwood Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 2 p.m. for a graveside service with military honors by the Roane County Military Memorial Honor Guard and the U.S. Army Honor Guard.
