Vaughn – Milton L. Garrison 72 of Grandview, TN died Friday June 13, 2025 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge, TN.

He was born on July 21, 1952 to the late Marvin and Emma Lou Reed Garrison. Milton was a graduate of Spring City High School Class of 1970. Milton worked at various jobs, but retired from TVA-Watts Bar after several years of service. He loved to farm and raise cattle. Milton enjoyed the outdoors; especially hunting and fishing with his family and friends. Milton was a member of the St. Clair Baptist Church.

Milton was preceded in death by his daughter Tanya Garrison and his sisters Barbara Thurman, Linda Reed and Margaret Cunningham.

Survivors include his wife Gale Holloway Garrison of Grandview, son Travis Garrison of Chandler, AZ, grandchildren James Garrison, Ivy Luhring, Silas Bennett and Skylynn Bennett and four great grandchildren. He is also survived by his special great nephews Will and Case Cunningham, special niece Denice Latshaw and special nephew Freddy Cunningham.

A Celebration of Milton’s life will be Monday June 16, 2025 at 6pm in the chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Didlake officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 4 to 6 pm.

Memorials in memory of Milton may be given to the St. Clair Baptist Church, 760 Rocky Springs Road, Spring City, TN  37381.
