Monterey, TN- Early Sunday afternoon Monterey officers received information about a stolen Toyota Corolla entering the city limits on Stratton Avenue. Officers made contact with the stolen Toyota at Toms Market. After an investigation, the driver, Heaven L. Ipok, was taken into custody and transported to the Putnam County Jail where she is currently being held on bond.
