Morris Harold Henderson, age 65, of Harriman, passed away May 3, 2021. He is survived by his mother: Katherine Waters; and children: Lara, Catherine, Cecilia, Jack and Scott. Those that knew him, knew that he was a kind and generous soul. He was not only a father to his five children, but to all the children that were in need of love and support. Although he has left this world, he understood that this is just another part of his journey. He would not want us to be sad, but happy to celebrate his life and the amount of love and care he shared with the world. Rest in peace. The family will receive friends from 5 until 6 p.m. eastern Saturday, May 8, 2021 at Kyker Funeral Home in Kingston with the funeral to follow. Interment will be at a later date in Woodlawn Cemetery of Knoxville with military honors. Kyker Funeral Home of Kingston is serving the family.
