Nancy Ann Haston Scarbrough, age 87 of Pikeville, passed away on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 with her loving family by her side. Nancy enjoyed spending time with her family, working crossword puzzles, collecting salt and pepper shakers, and old bottles.

Preceding Nancy in death was her husband, L B Scarbrough; parents, Robert Morgan and Myrtle Haston; infant brother, Robert Lee Haston; brother, Richard Allen Haston; sisters, Jean White, Clayta White, Mary Elizabeth Akin, Jimmie Mae Moody;

Nancy will be dearly missed by her daughter, Darlene (DD) Frazier; sons, Andy Scarbrough, Michael (Donna) Scarbrough, and Daniel Scarbrough; grandchildren, Jackie (Greg) York, Carla (Eric) Collins, Tammara Wilson, Megan Scarbrough, Chris (Lacey) Scarbrough, Kayla (Shaun) Donahoe, Zachary Suire, and Patrick Suire; great grandchildren, Lexi Price, Bryce York, Alvin Toups, Anna Donahoe, Sophia Wilson, Emily Givens, and Wren Collins; brother, Steve (Sandy) Haston; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

A celebration of Nancy’s life will be held at 11:00am CDT Saturday, July 25, 2026 in the Pikeville Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Darvin Oakes officiating. Burial will be in the Blankenship Cemetery. Those serving as pallbearers are Glen Akin, Scotty Haston, Jason Haston, Chris Scarbrough, Zach Suire, Patrick Suire, and Bryce York. The family will receive friends 2:00pm-9:00pm Friday, July 24, 2026 and 9:00am until service time Saturday at Pikeville Funeral Home.
