Nancy Tesoriero Armstrong, 91

Nancy Tesoriero Armstrong, age 91, was born on May 17, 1934, in Brooklyn, New York, New York, and passed away on December 24, 2025.

Nancy lived a remarkable life marked by dedication, curiosity, and quiet accomplishment. She began her professional career as a telephone operator, a role that reflected her strong work ethic and attention to detail. As her career progressed, she went on to work at North American Aviation during the historic Apollo missions, where she contributed to one of the most significant eras in space exploration and had the opportunity to work alongside several astronauts.

Later, Nancy continued her career at Hughes Aircraft, where she remained engaged in
groundbreaking aerospace work. During her time there, she frequently crossed paths with Howard Hughes, an experience that added to the unique and fascinating chapters of her professional life.
Beyond her career, Nancy had a deep love for travel and explored destinations around the world. Of all the places she visited, Greece held a special place in her heart and remained her favorite—a country she cherished for its beauty, history, and culture. She was also deeply proud of her Italian heritage, which shaped her values, traditions, and strong sense of family.

Nancy was proud of her work and the life she built, and she will be remembered for her intelligence, independence, and the stories she shared from a life well lived.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Felice Tesoriero and Maria Tesoriero; and her sisters, Mary Hulsey and Angelina Tesoriero.
