NATIONAL HOCKEY LEAGUE SUSPENDS REST OF SEASON BECAUSE OF CORONAVIRUS CONCERNS

The National Hockey League is suspending the 2019-2020 season indefinitely because of the coronavirus concerns. The league announced the decision today. Earlier in the day, the NHL advised teams not to have morning skates, practices or team meetings. There has been no word as to whether or not any NHL players or staff have the virus.
Major League Soccer has also suspended the remainder of the season.
