Feeling alone? Been diagnosed as depressed or bipolar, or struggle with someone who has? You are not alone. The Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA) of Cumberland County provides a peer-directed, wellness orientated support group focusing on providing support, coping skills and motivation.

The group meets every Thursday night from 6 to 8 p.m. central at the Cumberland Plateau Baptist Association building located at 291 Sparta Highway in Crossville (just past Kroger heading west on the left).
