Funeral Services for Norma Monroe, age 75, of Livingston, Tennessee, will be conducted on Monday, February 24, 2025, at 12:00 PM from The Chapel of Goff Funeral Home. Rev. Robbie Miller will officiate with interment to follow in the Oak Lawn Memorial Cemetery. Ms. Monroe was born on Friday, November 18, 1949, in Muncie, Indiana, to the late Norman and Jeanetta Monroe Stamper. Ms. Monroe passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Ms. Monroe was a retired factory worker previously working with Hutchinson in Livingston. She was an avid reader, enjoyed crime shows, and was a collector of various items. She was a Christian, strong in her faith, and loved her family. She is survived by her daughter, Carla Mitchell of Sparta, TN; son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Casey Mullinix of Crawford, TN; grandchildren, Cyarra Clark, Kassidy Mitchell, Isaac (Bethany) Mullinix, Gretchen Mullinix, Aidan Mullinix, Ava Mullinix, Calliandra Mullinix, Isaiah Mullinix, Harrison Mullinix, and Caroline Mullinix; and great granddaughter, Kinsley Mullinix. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Linda Reffitt, Sarah Delk, Judy Mackey, and Darlene Prince; and brother, Samuel Stamper.
