Officials with the Oak Ridge Police Department warned residents about multiple attempted and some successful home burglaries.

The incidents happened in the Georgia, New York, Hendrix, and Woodland areas.

“Please be alert and stay vigilant of potential home burglaries in our neighborhoods. Make sure to keep your doors and windows locked, install security cameras, and report any suspicious activity to the authorities immediately. Let’s work together to keep our community safe and secure,” said police.

They asked anyone with camera footage of suspicious activity to report it to the police department.
