Oakie Smith, age 97 of Grimsley, passed away on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at the Tristar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 2, 2025 at 12:00 noon at the Mt. Carmel Freewill Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 1, 2025 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.
