Oma P. “Kitty” Daniels age 80 of Harriman passed away Friday, August 9, 2024. Kitty lived her life in the devotion to others. She would always say “Many will say they will pray; few say they will stay.” She was a stayer to the very end. From the moment you met her you could always count on a big smile, a warm hug, and a meal at her table you would never forget.

Kitty is preceded in death by her father Earnest E. Kelley of Karnes, TN, her husband of more than 60 years, Thomas G. Daniels of Kingston, TN, and sister Elizabeth Kay Taylor of Oak Ridge, TN.

Survived by her beloved daughter Melissa Kate Daniels of Kingston, TN. Sons: Earle E. “Gene” Daniels and wife Tara L. Daniels of Kingston, TN. Thomas L. Daniels and wife Christy M. Daniels of Houston, TX. Grandchildren: Preston, Constance, Kirsten, Thomas, and Sera and 14 great-grandchildren. Her mother Kathleen Kelley of Karnes, TN. Sisters: Karen Anderson of Cape Coral, FL, Kathy Shaw of Sparta, TN, and Keitha Kelley of Lenoir City, TN.

Kitty was loved by many and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Michael Dunn Rehabilitation Center. Kyker Funeral Home of Kingston is serving the Daniels Family.
