PATRICIA PEIRCEY, 85

Pat gained her heavenly reward on May 9, 2024, at the age of 85. Born in South Bend, Indiana, on November 15, 1938, Pat was the eldest daughter of Karl and Irene Tauber. She grew up traveling around Indiana with her two sisters, Sharon and Karel, as their father, a Methodist preacher, spread the Word of God.
Pat became a Registered Nurse and married Tom Laslo in 1961. They welcomed their daughter, Kelly, in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1963. The family lived in Pittsburgh for several years before relocating to Atlanta. After Kelly married David Holt in 1984, Pat and Tom decided to embrace the RV lifestyle. Tragically, Tom passed away in 2004 in Mountain Home, Arkansas, leaving Pat to continue her RV journey alone. With the help of friends and family, she learned to navigate this new chapter of her life.
Pat eventually made her way to Nature Coast Landings in Crystal River, Florida, where she volunteered as a social coordinator. It was there she met Curt Peircey. Curt introduced her to dancing, country music, blue jeans, and motorcycles. The couple married in 2008 and embarked on many adventures together. In 2014, they bought a home at the Gardens RV Community in Crossville, Tennessee. Pat thrived in this friendly community, making many dear friends.
Known for her kindness, generosity, and infectious smile, Pat’s strong faith in Jesus was evident in her daily life. Her compassion and love touched everyone who knew her. She will be remembered for her unwavering faith, radiant spirit, and the joy she brought to others.
She is survived by her husband, Curt; daughter, Kelly Holt (David), two grandchildren, Steven (Kelsey) and Jennifer (Tom), and great-granddaughter, Collier; step-son, Scott Peircey (Jadja), three step-grandchildren Eric (Jessica), Lorraine, and Maggie; step-daughter, Gail Chausse (Jeff), two step-grandchildren, Amber Iacoacci (Anthony), and Austin. She is also survived by her two loving sisters, Sharon Zurbrigg and Karel (Ed) Woerner; plus many nieces and nephews.
