Peggy Dolores Rollins was born September 17, 1945 in Louisville, Kentucky to Charlie and Ellen Jeffries. She devoted all her love to her husband of 62 years and her four children. Peggy had an abundance of love for her grandchildren and great grandchildren that she held dear to her heart. Her presence sparked a profound impact, inspiring those around her with her boundless kindness, infectious enthusiasm for life, her courageous determination and her love for Jesus.

Peggy is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Butch Jeffries.

Peggy is survived by her husband, Richard Rollins and her four children: Danny (Pam) Rollins of Monterey, TN, Sandra Rollins, Tim (Melissa) Rollins, both of Crossville, TN, and Sara (Joe) Hill of Cookeville, TN; her grandchildren: Heather Buckner, Brent Rollins, Phillip Rollins, Tyler Rollins, Isaac Hill, Corbin Hill, and Roman Hill, and 13 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM with the funeral service to follow at 1:00 PM. John Adcox will officiate and burial will be in Pomona Cemetery.
