Phil Ciancio, 81
Phil Ciancio, of Crossville, TN, went to be with his Savior on January 18th, 2026, at 5:30 am. Phil was best known for two things: his incredible talent on the saxophone and his unwavering love for the Lord. A gifted musician, Phil truly understood that music was a gift from above. Whether he was singing, playing a hymn in church, or practicing at home, his music was always a testament to his faith. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Debi, who will forever carry his song in her heart, along with a loving family and a community of friends who will deeply miss his spirit and his sound. We find peace knowing he is now performing for the Greatest Audience of all—our Lord Jesus Christ. Rest in peace, Phil; the music never ends in Paradise.
He also leaves behind sons – Terry Ciancio and Russell Ciancio (Ashley); grandchildren – Alana Ciancio and Patrick Ciancio; step-sons- Aaron Allen (Shelly) and Sean Allen (Melissa); step grandchildren – Matthew Allen, Braelyn Allen and Abigail Allen; niece – Dion Ciancio; and nephew – Marc Ciancio. In addition to his parents, he is preceded by his sister Barbara and his brother Gary.
A Funeral Service will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Friday, January 23 at 5:00 pm. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to International Mission Board- IMB.org (Lottie Moon) or The Institute for Creation Research www.icr.org in Phil’s memory.
