Funeral Services for Phillip Norman McCulloch, age 70, of Crossville, will be held Friday, October 18, 2019 at 1 p.m. at Bilbrey Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Crossville City Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday, October 17, 2019 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Bilbrey Funeral Home. Survivors include wife: Rose Marie McCulloch; children: Mike Smith, Karen Edmonds, David McCulloch, Harold Leach, Matthew McCulloch and Heather McCulloch; 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and brother: Marvin McCulloch.
