Phyllis Breyer, age 83, of Crossville, passed away August 21, 2020. She was born December 26, 1936 in West Frankfort, Illinois the daughter of Joseph and Angela Wiggins England. She worked many years in education and retired from the medical field as a CNA. She was also a member of Crossville Seventh-Day Adventist Church. She is survived by her sons: Kenneth Breyer (Karen) of Grants Pass, Oregon and David Breyer (Jackie) of Lees Summit, MO.; daughter: Cheri Woodcock (Jeff) of Cookeville; sister: Mary Vandulek (Paul) of Centerville, Tennessee; grandchildren: Holly Beth, Rebecca Jo, Trenton Scott, Cody Allen, Jessie Lee, Kallie Jo, Jordan Thomas, Kyle David, Nicole Maree, Kathryn Sommer, Megan Louisa, Matthew Joseph and Lillian Kiera; and 9 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Joseph Breyer; daughter: Linda Breyer; and brother: Russell England. Funeral services will be held Saturday August 29, 2020 at 3 p.m. at Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Saturday from 2 until 3 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in New Era Cemetery.
