A teenage girl who fell into the Ocoee River in Polk County, Tennessee while rafting last Sunday has died. She has been identified as 15-years-old Yari Hernandez from Leesburg, Florida. She was with her church youth group when she fell off the raft and into the river. The incident remains under investigation. This marks the fourth drowning along the Ocoee River so far this year.
