Rayford Earl Sammons, age 86 of Harriman, passed away Wednesday, September 4, 2019. The family will receive friends Friday, September 13, 2019 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. in the chapel of Evans Mortuary in Rockwood. Funeral service will follow. Graveside and interment will follow in the Roane Memorial Gardens in Rockwood.
