Robert Bowling, age 45, was born on March 9, 1978, to Sam and Joann Bowling in Knoxville, TN, and passed away on March 30, 2023, in Cookeville, TN.

Robert enjoyed going to the drag strip, working on cars, and going to car shows. He also loved fishing and taking family trips to Clifty River.

He is survived by his father Sam Ray Bowling; wife Kimberly (Dawson) Lane; daughter Elizabeth Ann Bowling; grandchildren Reaylynn and Haisley; stepsons Tony Johns and Dustin Johns; step-grandchildren Austin, Mason, and Vatani; and siblings Sam Ray Bowling Jr., Trena (David) Sherrill, and Christopher (Katie) Bowling.

Robert was preceded in death by his mother Joann (Bradburn) Bowling.

The funeral service will be held at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home on Sunday, April 2, 2023. Visitation will be from 12-2 pm, with the service to follow at 2 pm. Burial will be in Bowman Cemetery immediately following the service.
