Robertine “ Tina” Capps 78, of Crossville Tennessee passed away on January 11, 2025. She was born to Robert and Inge Fischer on April 14, 1946, in Freising West Germany. She married. Fred Capps Jr and they had two children Kevin and Neil Capps. She attended Cumberland Worship Center. Robertine was a very hard worker and cared for her family. She loved attending her grandchildren’s ballgames.

Robertine is preceded in death by her father and mother Robert and Inge Fischer and her loving husband Fred Capps Jr. She is survived by her sons Kevin Capps and Neil (Jessica) Capps all of Crossville TN; grandchildren Kellyn Bowman, Grayson Capps, Emma Capps and Cade Capps all of Crossville TN.

Visitation will be held Wednesday 11-1pm, January 15, 2025, at Hood Funeral Home with a graveside service to follow at Hebbertsburg Cemetery.
