Rosalie Reagan Bowman Phillips, age 74 of Clarkrange, departed for her eternal life on Friday, September 9, 2022 at her daughter’s home. Ms. Rosalie was privileged to have been a “Nursing Home Nurse” for most of her career.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 13, 2022, at 1:00 pm at the Jennings Funeral Homes-Clarkrange Chapel. Burial will follow in the Fellowship Cemetery in Overton County.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 13, 2022, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Jennings Funeral Homes-Clarkrange Chapel.
