Samuel Slate Garrett, age 11 months of Mt. Helen, passed away on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at his home.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at 2:00 pm at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown. Burial will follow in the Mt. Helen Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 27, 2025 from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm at Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.
