Investigators in Scott County say 34-year-old Casey Michelle Thomas of Oneida has been charged with seven counts of aggravated statutory rape. She was taken to jail and initially placed under a $200,000 bond. Officers say Thomas allegedly had sexual contact with a 16-year-old male on several occasions.
