Shelba Jean Kennedy, 85, was born on May 18, 1940 to William and Martha Webb in Crossville, TN and passed away on December 31, 2025 in Knoxville, TN. She loved to go antiquing and was a proud member of Karns Church of Christ, but her favorite pastime was spoiling her granddaughter.

She is survived by her children- Rhonda Kiser and Doug Sebring; granddaughter- Teagan Kiser; and sisters- Lola Anderson and Margie Taylor. Shelba was preceded in death by her parents- William Frank Webb and Martha Jane Hedgecoth Webb; grandson- William Alan Amburn; and siblings- Milo Webb, Ed Webb, Roy Webb, Litton Webb, Ray Webb, Ethel Wright, and Pearl Hassler.

The Graveside service will be held at Lantana Cemetery on Saturday, January 3, 2026 at 11:00am, Edwin Jones officiating.
