SHELIA JOYCE NEELY, age 67 of Crossville, TN passed away on March 22, 2022. She was born July 31, 1954 in Monticello, KY the daughter of Thurman and Elsie Brown Dishman. She was co-owner of A Cut Above hair salon for many years.

She is survived by her husband- Lloyd Neely of Crossville, TN, son- Michael Slaven (Katie) of Crossville, TN and Jerry Slaven (Chris) of Chattanooga, TN, sister- Melissa Smith and her husband Ken of Greenbriar, TN, and grandchildren- Alexander Slaven and William Slaven.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister- Shirley Scoggins.

A visitation will be held Saturday March 26, 2022 from 1 pm-3 pm at Hood Funeral Home.
