Sherry Beth (Mullinix) Thacker, age 78 of Jamestown, passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at the U.T. Medical Center-Jamestown.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, July 19, 2026 at 2:00 pm at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown. Burial will follow in the Fentress Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 18, 2026 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.
