Sherry Marie Ewton, age 44 of Sale Creek, passed away on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at NHC Healthcare in Dunlap. She was born in Chattanooga on June 17, 1981, the daughter of James and Hazel (Williams) Ewton of Sale Creek.

A graduate of Sale Creek High School, Sherry spent most of her life in Sale Creek. She was employed at both McDonald’s and Bojangles during her career.

In addition to her parents, Sherry is survived by her children, Logan Madden of Sale Creek, and Abigail Ewton of New Hampshire; her brother, James Nathan Ewton of Sale Creek; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at Varner Cemetery in Soddy-Daisy.
