(Developing story as of 1:10 p.m. Eastern, Wednesday, March 25, 2026) – There is a power outage affecting around 100 customers and businesses along Highway 27  in the southern area of Wartburg. Initial reports indicate an accident involving a power pole caused the outage. Power crews are en route to repair the damage.
