Funeral services for Starla Marie Colwell, age 34, of Crossville, will be held Saturday, December 7, 2019 at 1 p.m. at Bilbrey Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Pomona Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday, December 6, 2019 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Bilbrey Funeral Home. Survivors include fiancé: Christopher Phillips; daughters: Lilly Colwell, Lexis Colwell, and Cameron Colwell; mother: Marilyn Clower; brothers: Daniel Clower, Jr. and Jason Clower; sister: Kristal Willis; and maternal grandmother: Elizabeth Brendel.
