From Cumberland County Schools:

The CDC and the Cumberland County Prevention Coalition have requested the voluntary participation of Cumberland County students in the following surveys. Healthy Students questionnaire to be available for 4-12 grades by the CDC & TN together student survey by the Cumberland Prevention Coalition grades 8, 10 & 12. This is a wonderful opportunity for the students to express their personal wellness ideas and for our community to utilize this data to drive wellness and prevention efforts in our local community. All questions in both surveys are optional and students can opt out of answering questions if they would like to. Parental consent is being obtained before students can participate in the survey. This will be available at the Central office for review from 2/18-2/28.
