2 inch rain amounts were very common across the plateau in East Tennessee for Friday and Saturday. 2.17 fell in downtown Crossville. Amounts were over 4 inches in the southern part of Middle Tennessee near the Alabama border. Monday is looking good with sunshine and 50s. Scattered showers return for Tuesday and Wednesday and a 30% chance for Thanksgiving. Rain is likely again from Friday through Sunday, can you believe another wet weekend with possibly another inch or two? Much colder weather is expected to return to Tennessee around December 2nd through the 6th and I expect a little snow in the first week of December.
