The suspect accused of fatally shooting a man and wounding several others during Easter brunch at a Nashville restaurant has been arrested in Kentucky.

Metro Nashville police say 46-year-old Anton Rucker was taken into custody last night after he was located at a residence in Princeton, Kentucky.

Rucker surrendered without incident.

He was arrested for being a fugitive from justice.
