A man on the TBI’s 10 Most Wanted list could be in the Nashville area. The TBI added 51-year-old Douglas Wayne Talley to the list yesterday. Talley is wanted by the Paris Police Department and TBI on two counts of first-degree murder. The TBI is offering a $2,500 reward for Talley’s capture. Talley is an African American male standing 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 160 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information can call 1-800-TBI-FIND.
