TAMELA RADFORD IRELAND age 56 of Monterey, TN passed away January 30, 2026. She was born April 3, 1969 in Detroit, MI the daughter of Kenneth and Patricia Radford Barkai. She owned and operated her own pet grooming salon in Michigan before moving to Monterey. She had a great love and compassion for all animals. She had a goat farm and a flock of chickens that were all known by name. Her beloved border collie, Isaac was her best friend and companion.

She is survived by her mother- Patricia Radford of Rockwood, TN, special uncle- Ronald Radford also of Rockwood, TN, special neighbors and friends- Danielle and Jasper Swallows, loving friends- Jerry Stephens and Sissie Turner and a host of special cousins and friends.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by maternal grandparents- Glen Radford and Wilma Bell.

A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday February 11, 2026 at 2pm at Hood Funeral Home in Crossville, TN. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 1pm-2pm one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. The family has respectfully asked that in lieu of flowers donation be made to Best Friends Animal Shelter in Jamestown, TN or the animal shelter of your choice in Tamelas  memory.
