Tammy Perkins, age 57 of Jamestown, passed away on Monday, December 30, 2024 at home.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 1, 2025 at 2:00 pm at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.  Burial will follow in the Edgefield Cemetery in Pickett Co.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 1, 2025 from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm at Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.
