TDOC: 580 of 586 COVID-19 POSITIVE INMATES AT BLEDSOE COUNTY CORRECTIONAL NOW RECOVERING

The Tennessee Department of Corrections (TDOC) said this morning 580 of the 586 inmates who tested positive for COVID-19 have concluded their 14-day quarantine period, and are showing no symptoms. TDOC says of the six remaining positive cases, two remain hospitalized as of today, and four others are not showing symptoms, but will remain in isolation. TDOC says appropriate measures are in place to ensure the safety, health and well-being of inmates as well as staff.
