TDOT crews continue to work to repair a collapsed portion of Highway 85 in Overton and Fentress County. The collapse took place after heavy rainfall early this year. One lane of the highway is open to one lane of travel in Fentress County between mile maker 3 and 8 and controlled by a temporary traffic light. The roadway remains closed between mile markers 18 and 22 in Overton County. The estimated project completion date is January 2020.
