TEMA EXPECTS TRAVEL TO BE IMPACTED BY COLD WEATHER STARTING TOMORROW

From Tennessee Emergency Management Agency:

Plan Ahead, Tennessee! Winter is coming… back.
(Feb. 17, 8:50 a.m. CST): Depending on where you live, your area may start experiencing light snow and/or a wintry mix beginning Tuesday afternoon. Travel impacts are expected to begin developing Tuesday evening and continuing on Wednesday.
If you need to be on the road, remember: Ice or snow – take it slow. Make sure your emergency go-kit for your car is ready, with additional items like an ice scraper, cell phone charger, blanket, and flares or reflective triangle. Consider adjusting your plans, if you can, to reflect the forecast.
After the snow, forecasts show bitterly cold temperatures through the end of the week – many locations may remain below freezing for 48-72 hours.
