The Tennessee Highway Patrol announced this morning the death of K-9 Rico. He was a beautiful nine year old Belgian Malinois. Surgery was performed after a tumor was detected in his abdomen. Unfortunately because of complications, he passed away. The highway patrol says Rico was a tremendous friend and partner and will be deeply missed.
