Theresa Dion Lewis, age 60, was born on August 29, 1961, to Charles and Ethel Frills Ward in Oliver Springs, TN, and passed away on June 17, 2022, in Crossville, TN. She is survived by her mother, husband- Robert Lewis, children- Angela Brown (Luke) and Robert Lewis, and grandson Bryson Burgess.

The family will receive friends on Monday, June 20, 2022, at First Freewill Baptist Church in Crossville, TN from 11 to 1:00 with the service following. Bro. Mike McCoy will officiate and the burial will be in Hales Chapel Cemetery.
