A Tennessee Highway Patrol captain has resigned following an investigation into a relationship he had with a subordinate for several years. Captain Jeffrey Mosley confirmed the sexual relationship with a dispatcher that was ongoing for more than three years. Mosley reportedly met with the dispatcher at a motel several times while he was still on duty. He also allegedly said he swapped nude photos with the dispatcher. Mosley was a Tennessee Highway Patrol veteran with more than 30 years of service. Mosley was promoted to head of the Chattanooga area THP office in April 2015.
