Three juveniles are facing charges in Wayne County, Kentucky after stealing a vehicle last night at Foothills Academy. Authorities spotted the van and a pursuit started out of the county, through Pulaski County, and ended at Mt. Vernon when the Kentucky State Police (KSP) got involved. The KSP is continuing the investigation.
