THREE ROANE SCHOOLS EARN TN REWARD SCHOOL DESIGNATION
As announced by the Tennessee Department of Education today, Midway Elementary School, Harriman Middle School, and Roane County High School have each been named Tennessee Reward Schools for the 2023-24 school year!
Schools are recognized as Reward Schools when they demonstrate high performance levels and/or improvement in performance by meeting objectives across performance indicators and student groups.
The Reward School distinction places significant emphasis on performance and improvement across all indicators from the prior school year.
“We couldn’t be more proud of these schools for achieving this status,” said Russell Jenkins, Director of Roane County Schools. “It is the direct result of the hard work of each and every stakeholder and a great reflection of the fantastic work occurring within the Roane County School system.” Congratulations to these schools!
