The Tennessee District Attorney General’s Conference has released the 2024 Immigration Report. The Conference reports to the General Assembly the number of individuals that are charged or convicted of a crime in Tennessee that are not lawfully present in the United States. There were approximately 2,719 reports of individuals charged or convicted of crimes in Tennessee that were not legally in the United States from October 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024. Over this three month period, 73 out of 95 counties reported individuals charged or convicted of crimes that were not legally present. The full report is below.
