Rockwood, TN- Many motorists in Rockwood had to deal with a train on the track which blocked all crossings in the downtown area Tuesday evening.  Railroad sources stated that the southbound train stopped to pick up a crew on the northbound train that had stopped on the siding, and then when it attempted to pull South a coupler broke causing the repair to have to be done which took a little over an hour. These kinds of incidents do not happen normally in the flat terrain mostly in the hills north of Oakdale but did happen last night in the city of Rockwood causing a lot of traffic on North Front Ave.
