SODDY DAISY, Tenn. — A train crashed into a truck at a railroad crossing in Soddy Daisy Thursday afternoon, Norfolk Southern confirms.

It happened around 1:35 p.m. off of Daisy Dallas Road.

Norfolk Southern tells us this is a private crossing.

The train crew was uninjured, according to Norfolk Southern.

The condition of the truck driver is unknown at this time.
